Quality improvement and productivity

 

Quality improvement and productivity is one of the East Midlands Alliance for Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism's strategic priorities.

 

To date the East Midlands Alliance has: 

 

• provided 'buddy' support to St Andrew’s Healthcare to deliver their quality improvement programme.

 

 

• secured funding to establish an 'Open Dialogue' pilot in Lincolnshire. The learning from the pilot will be shared across the Alliance.

 

 

• made plans to run a series of joint workshops and masterclass sessions on the Mental Health Act to promote understanding and best practice.

 

 

• worked with Health Innovation East Midlands to review the use of technology in speeding up recruitment processes.

 

 

• appointed a regional Innovation lead for mental health, funded by Health Innovation East Midlands.
