IMPACT

IMPACT East Midlands is the NHS-led provider collaborative which is responsible for the delivery of adult low and medium secure services across the East Midlands.

What does this provider do?

IMPACT manages low and medium secure care for patients with a mental health diagnosis and / or a learning disability / autism spectrum disorder (LDA).

Its clinical model seeks to transform adult secure care services across the region through improving patient pathways, the interfaces between the health, social care and criminal justice system, and on-going service development.

This includes low and medium secure care for adult patients with a forensic mental health or dual diagnosis, and secure care for people with a challenging learning disability and / or autistic spectrum disorder.

IMPACT is a partnership of the nine NHS, independent and third=sector organisations that provide NHS adult secure care services in the East Midlands. The provider collaborative is committed to working across a partnership with clinicians, ward staff, service users and their families and carers to make positive changes and sustainable improvement.

Which partner organisations make up the collaborative?

East Midlands IMPACT is a group of providers working in collaboration to form a provider collaborative which aims to improve the way that care is provided to patients within adult low and medium secure services across the East Midlands region.
